We're a multicultural family whose way of cooking has been shaped by living and traveling across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. From fresh California cooking to flavors from around the world, food has always been one of our favorite ways to explore a place and bring a little of it home.
Back home, we couldn't find the kind of fresh, versatile sauce we wanted in our own fridge, so we started making one. Something bright, herbaceous, tangy, and a little spicy. Something we wanted to put on just about everything.
What started as something for ourselves became the bottle friends and family kept asking for. Eventually, we decided to go for it and build a company around the kind of food we were excited to make and share.
Our Citrus Herb Sauce is the first of what we hope will be many sauces inspired by the flavors, places, and people that make food exciting. We want to make food that feels fresh, generous and a little unexpected, while staying easy enough to reach for every day.
