We wanted the kind of bright green sauce we couldn't find on the shelf. Fresh herbs, citrus and that just-made character were the things we cared about most.
So we built OsoToso around fresh flavor first. Keeping it refrigerated helps preserve the bright, herbaceous taste we wanted from the beginning, while helping us avoid artificial preservatives.
